Fanzava documentation

These docs explain how Fanzava works and how to run it. Fanzava is a white-label tipping platform: an organisation runs tipping and bracket competitions for its own audience inside a hub that carries the organisation’s name, logo and colours.

Each page is written for one of four readers. Pick the one that matches you and start there.

These are the jobs most people come to the docs to do, with the page that covers each one.

  • Search. The search box at the top of every page searches all of these docs.
  • Help. The Help button in the header opens a form that sends a support request to the Fanzava team.
  • Questions on a page. Most pages end with a comment thread. Sign in with your Fanzava account to ask a question about that page.
  • Common questions. The FAQ covers plans, setup, data and support, and the participant FAQ covers the questions participants ask most.

If you are taking part in a competition rather than running one, contact the organiser of your hub first. They manage your competition and can raise anything they cannot fix with Fanzava.
