What a hub below Pro sees
Section titled “What a hub below Pro sees”The feature is still visible, so you can see what an upgrade adds:
- In Admin → Settings, AI round recaps is listed under Analytics & reports with a lock and the plan that unlocks it.
- The AI round recaps page itself describes the feature (automatically generated round narratives, tone controls and optional email delivery) and links to Review plans and upgrade.
Rounds are still scored and results still reach participants in the usual way on every plan. Recaps add a written narrative on top; nothing else about a round depends on them.
What a hub on Pro or above sees
Section titled “What a hub on Pro or above sees”Open Admin → Settings → AI round recaps. The page confirms “Your plan includes AI recaps” and shows your hub’s recap settings, including the minimum number of participants a competition needs before recaps are generated for it.
Recaps generate after each scored round once that participant threshold is met. The page is read-only: the recap tone, the approval workflow and the delivery channels are managed in your organisation’s admin console.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”- Go to Admin → Settings → Plan & billing (the Review plans and upgrade link on the AI round recaps page goes there too).
- Choose the Pro plan or above.
- Once the upgrade completes, the AI round recaps page shows your hub’s settings in place of the upgrade message.
