Brand kit
Your brand kit is the set of assets your hub shows participants in place of Fanzava’s: logos, colours, fonts and icons. You manage all of it under Admin → Settings → Branding & logo. Upload each asset once and the hub uses it across its pages and emails.
| Asset | What it is for | Files accepted |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | Your main logo, shown across the hub | SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 10 MB |
| Dark-mode logo | Shown on dark surfaces, such as emails. If you do not add one, your main logo is used there too | SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 10 MB |
| Logo alt text | Describes the logo for screen readers, and is shown if the image fails to load, for example “Acme Sports League logo” | Text |
You upload one file for each logo, and Fanzava makes the email and web-optimised versions from it. An SVG gives the sharpest result at every size.
Favicon
Section titled “Favicon”The favicon is the small icon in the browser tab. It accepts PNG, SVG, WebP, JPG, GIF or ICO files up to 2 MB, and a square image of 32×32 or 64×64 pixels works best.
Colours
Section titled “Colours”You set three colours: Primary Color, Secondary Color and Accent Color. Each can be picked from a colour chooser or entered as a hex value, and a preview on the page shows them in place.
As you choose, the page checks each colour against the WCAG AA contrast standard for the text drawn on it, and shows whether dark or light text reads better on your buttons. A colour that fails is flagged, so you can adjust it before participants see it.
- Heading font and Body font are chosen from a curated list of Google Fonts (such as Inter, Roboto, Montserrat and Poppins) and three faces Fanzava hosts itself: Geist, Integral CF and Atkinson Hyperlegible. Fonts outside the list cannot be used.
- Base Font Size sets the size of body text, from Small (14 px) to Extra Large (20 px). Default (16 px) suits most hubs.
App and notification icons
Section titled “App and notification icons”Two further icons are used when participants add your hub to a phone:
| Icon | Used for | Available on |
|---|---|---|
| Push notification icon | The icon for the hub installed as a web app, and on its push notifications | Pro plan and above |
| Mobile app icon | The icon of a white-label mobile app | Enterprise |
Social links
Section titled “Social links”You can add links to your organisation’s Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok accounts, and to your website, for the hub to link to.
Themes and advanced design
Section titled “Themes and advanced design”- Theme (under Admin → Settings → Theme) chooses the overall look of the hub from Fanzava’s themes. Choosing a first-party theme is available on every plan; uploading your own theme needs the Pro plan or above.
- Advanced design (under Admin → Settings → Advanced design) gives finer control over the hub’s design tokens, on the Pro plan and above.
The Fanzava watermark
Section titled “The Fanzava watermark”Hubs on the Free plan show a “Powered by Fanzava” watermark. Removing it starts on the Starter plan. See Billing and plans.
Changes and caching
Section titled “Changes and caching”A new logo or favicon takes effect across the hub once it is uploaded and saved. Participants who already have the hub open see it the next time a page loads.
